Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions or concerns.

I have the right to reject any commission that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

NO artwork can be used for NFT, AI or hateful content.

Currency accepted is either USD with Paypal or CLP through national bank transfer service.

All commissions must be paid in full upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon final approval of the artwork.

Any extra charges must be canceled before sending the finished work.

For COMMERCIAL USE, the price is multiplied by 2 from the base price. Using the artwork in monetized content (e.g., YouTube videos, Twitch streams, etc.) is allowed and not considered commercial use. Commercial use refers to using the artwork to directly generate profit, such as in merchandise, prints, or for advertising purposes.

After the payment is received, I will proceed with the commission and send you the first sketches for review.

Amount of reviews will depend on the complexity of the work, but will not exceed five reviews. After this, an additional fee will be charged based on the complexity of the change.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 - 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission and the waiting list.

Once the commission is finished, I'll send it by a Google Drive link via email.

You will receive the final artwork in the appropriate format, size, and resolution according to the type of commission. This includes A5 PNG for standard illustrations, and specific dimensions for emotes or streaming assets (such as Twitch badges, panels, etc.).

Any alternative formats or additional sizes must be requested and agreed upon beforehand.

I reserve the right to publish the commissioned work online, on my social media, my portfolio and in any medium to promote my work.

The client is allowed to use the commission for personal use, including use in monetized content like streams or videos. However, you may not profit directly from the artwork itself (e.g., by selling it or using it for merch) unless you’ve paid the commercial usage fee.

The commercial use fee allows you to sell merchandise from the commissioned work, such as stickers, t-shirts, pins, etc.

You agree not to claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, edit, copy or alter the piece itself without my consent.

You can cancel the commission at any time, but you must take into account that if I have already started working on the commission, you will not receive any refund.

If for any reason I have to cancel your commission, I will give you a full refund.

The method of communication will be via email.

If the client does not respond within 7 days after I send a WIP or request feedback, the commission will be considered on hold, and I will pause all work until I receive a reply.

If there’s no response within 14 days, I reserve the right to pause, cancel, or proceed with the commission using my best judgment — depending on the payment status and project stage.

In all cases, I reserve the right to extend the Final Delivery Deadline as needed, and I reserve the right to notify the client of deliver the final work without further approval.
